Fenix<> Iterable public integration

This integration will allow Fenix to trigger notifications on different shipment statuses (via your Iterable account) to notify the shoppers proactively.

Fenix triggers the notifications to the shoppers on the track events below.

Order Confirmation Shipment Delay Ready to Ship/Label Printed Picked Up By Carrier/Left Warehouse Shipment Exception Shipment Confirmation Shipment Stalled Shipment Intransit Delivery Delay Out for Delivery Delivery Exception Return to Sender Delivered

Setup instructions:

In Iterable:

Create API key:

  1. Navigate to Integrations > API Keys.

  2. Click Create API Key.

  3. Give your API key a name (for example, "Fenix Integration") and select type as Server-side.

  4. Click Create.

  5. Copy the API key to your clipboard.

Create campaigns:

  1. Navigate to Messaging > Campaigns 

  2. Create a New Campaign and select Email/SMS

  3. Give your campaign a name and select the type as API-Triggered

  4. Setup Email / SMS content with dynamic placeholders provided by Fenix team > Done

  5. Click review > activate

  6. Copy the campaign ID to your clipboard.

In Fenix:

Channel Configurations:

  1. Navigate to the Post purchase config tab in the admin console

  2. Go to the notifications section

  3. Click add channel > click Iterable and enter your API key

  4. Click Create

Notification Even configurations:

  1. In the notifications section, select the event you want to configure.

  2. Enter the necessary information under channel config and your respective campaign ID.

  3. Or Share API Key and Campian IDs with the Fenix onboarding team so we can help to configure the initial configuration.
