Fenix Integration on shopify checkout

Enable Fenix Shipping options on the checkout page.

  • Go to Shopify store Settings; refer to the screenshot below.

  • Click on the Shipping and Delivery Settings option; refer to the screenshot below.

  • Click on Shipping Rates; refer to the screenshot below.

  • Click the Create Zone button to create a zone, then click on the Add Rate button to enable Fenix EDD API. Refer to the screenshot below.

We recommend creating a shipping zone with a selection of North Dakota for initial testing because website traffic is much less from North Dakota.

  • Choose Use carrier or app to calculate rates option and choose Fenix shipping from the drop-down. Refer to the screenshot below.

Please reach out to the Fenix team if in case you don’t see the Fenix Shipping (Rates provided by app) in the drop-down. So Fenix team will hop on a call with you to register Fenix Shipping API as Shopify’s Carrier Service.
