Add an App to your store

  • Add Fenix intelligent App to your store by clicking on the add app button at the start of the page.

    • Minimum requirements:

      • Shopify store login users should have permission to install the app and raise the Shopify billing app. In case of queries, please contact your store owner to get more details or ask your store owner to install the Fenix app. Please contact Fenix Sales sales@fenixcommerce.ai team in case of any queries related to App Installation.

Review Permissions

  • App Install should review the permissions requested by Fenix Intelligent Delivery and click the Install App button.

    • Fenix will start the base configuration setup.

    • Note:

Onboarding flow

  • After Clicking on the Install App button, it will be redirected to the Fenix business console portal to help the retailer review the base configuration. The purpose of the step is to quickly onboard the retailer to show the Estimated Delivery Date on checkout for your customers.

    • Note: we have noticed that a few retailers have the issue that they may not see onboarding flow due to the old version of browsers. Fenix recommends trying once again with the latest Chrome browser version. In case of any queries or issues with installing Fenix Intelligent Delivery, Please contact the Fenix Customer Support Team fixdsupport@fenixcommerce.ai

    • Choose Fenix Pricing Plan.

      • In case of any pricing-related queries, contact the Fenix Sales sales@fenixcommerce.ai team for additional help on plan selection.

Click the Activate button to move forward with the installation

Base Configuration and validation

Carriers

  • Please review the Carriers tab and fill in the necessary details.

  • Configure all the carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS) and respective services that are used to ship the orders to customers.

    • Configure carrier account details in the Fenix business console to provide negotiated rates to your customers. By default, Fenix will use its credentials to offer a seamless onboarding experience to retailers.

    • Select/ the services that are to be enabled for each carrier

    • To enable any unlisted carriers in the business console, or create a custom carrier, or for any other configuration help, please contact the Fenix Customer Support Team fixdsupport@fenixcommerce.ai team

  • Fulfillment Locations

    • Fenix automatically syncs the fulfillment locations from Shopify while installing the app.

    • Please review the key settings/details for each fulfillment location

Review the most critical configurations for the fulfillment location:

  • Lead Time

  • Cutoff Time

  • Pickup Time

  • Active Carrier Services

    • Select the Carrier services available at each fulfillment location

  • Holidays

    • Add or update location specific holidays.

  • Products

Verify the product information under the products tab. If you don’t see the product data, try clicking the Refresh button and wait some time to reflect into Fenix Systems. In case of any issues, please contact Fenix Customer Support Team fixdsupport@fenixcommerce.ai

  • Inventory

Verify the information under the inventory tab. If you don’t see the inventory data, try clicking on the Refresh button and wait for some time for it to reflect into Fenix Systems

  • Fenix Intelligent Delivery App needs the real-time inventory with Valid Unique SKUs & quantity for each variant to show the Proper Delivery Estimates.

  • If you are not maintaining the real-time inventory in Shopify or if you don’t maintain proper inventory at all in Shopify, please contact the Fenix Customer Support Team fixdsupport@fenixcommerce.ai.

Bedafault, Fenix won’t enable the Fenix Shipping Options on PDP, Cart and Checkout pages.
