Add App to your store
Add Fenix intelligent App to your store by clicking on add app button at starting of the page.
Minimum requirements:
Shopify store login users should have permission to install the app and raise the Shopify billing app. In case of queries, please contact your store owner to get more details or ask your store owner to install the Fenix app. Please contact Fenix Sales sales@fenixcommerce.ai team in case of any queries related to App Installation.

Review Permissions
App Install should review the permissions requested by Fenix Intelligent Delivery and click the Install App button.
Fenix will start the base configuration setup.

Onboarding flow
After Clicking on the Install App button it will be redirected to the Fenix business console portal to help the retailer review the base configuration. The purpose of the step is to quickly onboard the retailer to show the Estimated Delivery Date on checkout for your customers.
Note: we have noticed for a few retailers the issue or may not be able to see onboarding flow due to the old version of browsers. Fenix recommends trying once again with the latest chrome browser version. Base Configuration and validation

Carriers
Please review the Carriers tab and fill in the necessary details.
Configure all the carries (such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS) and respective services that are used to ship the orders to customers
Configure carrier account details in the Fenix business console to provide negotiated rates to your customers. By default, Fenix will use its credentials to offer a seamless onboarding experience to retailers.
Select/ the services that are to be enabled for each carrier
To enable any unlisted carriers in the business console or to create a custom carrier, or for any other configuration help, please contact Fenix Customer Support Team fixdsupport@fenixcommerce.ai team

Fulfillment Locations
Fenix automatically syncs the fulfillment locations from Shopify while installing the app.
Please review the key settings / details for each fulfillment location
Review the most critical configurations for the fulfilment location:
Lead Time
Cutoff Time
Pickup Time
Active Carrier Services
Select the Carrier services available at each fulfillment location
Holidays
Update any location specific holidays, if required to cater to local holidays or any other operational issues at the fulfillment location
Products
Verify the product information under the products tab.If you don’t see the product data try clicking on the Refresh button and wait for some time to reflect into Fenix Systems. In case of any issues, please contact Fenix Customer Support Team fixdsupport@fenixcommerce.ai

Inventory
Verify the information under inventory tab. If you don’t see the inventory data try clicking on the Refresh button and wait for some time to reflect into Fenix Systems
Fenix Intelligent Delivery App needs the real-time inventory with Valid Unique SKU’s & quantity for each variant to show the Proper Delivery Estimates.
If you are not maintaining the real-time inventory in Shopify or if you don’t maintain proper inventory at all in Shopify, please contact the Fenix Customer Support Team fixdsupport@fenixcommerce.ai.

Verify Fenix intelligent Delivery App Installation Completed
Fenix is automatically registered as a carrier service on the checkout on your store to show the Delivery Dates & shipping cost on the checkout .

Test Your Estimated Delivery Dates on checkout
Create a sample order on the Shopify store to experience Fenix EDDs
Shopify will call Fenix on the checkout
The Fenix System captures the order data and responds back with Estimated Delivery Date (EDD), Shipping Method Name, and Shipping Charges as a response to Shopify request
On the checkout, you will see the existing Shipping Options along with the shipping options from Fenix
Now the buyer can select the appropriate shipping method and place an order by completing the payment.
Congratulations. Now your online store is enabled with Fenix intelligent Estimated Delivery Dates and Ship cost

Post App installation

How to disable Fenix Shipping options on checkout.
Go to Shopify store settings (refer to the screenshot below)
Click on Shipping and delivery
Click on Manage rates
Scroll down to Shipping To, and for each shipping zone ( Domestic, Rest of the World, or any other custom shipping zone created on store), delete Fenix Shipping under Carrier and app rates, i.e., click on Carrier and app rates for each shipping zone and click Delete Fenix Shipping (rates provided by the app). Refer the screenshots below
Please ensure that Fenix Shipping rates are deleted from each shipping zone
