Pre-requisites before making API requests to Fenix Delivery Experience Platform

Carriers along with retailer’s credentials, services, and holidays set in the business console

Credentials can be set at the location level for each carrier
If credentials are not set at the location level, fallback credentials need to be set for the carriers at the organization level

2. Fulfillment locations including DC/Store need to be configured in the Business Console

Lead Time (time required to pick/pack/ship) for each location
Pick-up times for each carrier
Cut-off time for the location
Holidays for the location

3. Inventory and Product Feed uploaded to the following location
