About Iterable:

Iterable is a cross-channel marketing platform that provides both Email & SMS services. On the main menu of the Iterable project, you are able to see multiple sections to build and send an email or sms notifications.

Journeys: Journeys are automated messaging sequences that help you create seamless, personalized customer experiences. Journeys let you orchestrate entire brand interactions, so you can send the right message to the right user at every touchpoint.

With journeys, you can send your users messages, wait for them to open them, personalize their experience based on their attributes or behavior, update your users' subscription preferences, and send or retrieve data from third-party services.

Campaigns: Campaigns are individual messages that you send with Iterable. You can use campaigns to send your customers marketing messages and transactional messages.

With triggered campaigns, you can use the Iterable API or a journey to send a message to a particular user (or list of users) after an event occurs.

Templates: When messaging your customers, do you find yourself rewriting content, rebuilding message layouts, and struggling to maintain consistency? With a library of templates, you can avoid these problems, by reusing your content and editing it for each campaign when needed.

Iterable provides three template editors to choose from:
The Drag and Drop editor.
The WYSIWYG editor.
The Side by Side editor.

Snippets: Snippets are reusable content blocks that you can add to your templates to make building and personalizing messages in Iterable even easier. With snippets, you can:
Manage frequently used elements like email headers and footers
Store complex logic blocks
Update multiple templates at the same time
