Fenix <> Attentive: Integration for the shipment notifcations

Agenda: To send Email/SMS notifications to the shoppers about their order delivery status.

Introduction: Fenix will send post-purchase notifications to shoppers through Email/SMS to keep them informed about the present status of their shipment.

The delivery events that can be configured to trigger notifications are:

Order Confirmation Shipment Delay Ready to Ship/Label Printed Picked Up By Carrier/Left Warehouse Shipment Exception Shipment Confirmation Shipment Stalled Shipment Intransit Delivery Delay Out for Delivery Delivery Exception Return to Sender Delivered

 

Goal: By being upfront and proactive in post-purchase communication Fenix clients will keep their customers happy, reduce WISMO calls, and save significantly on long-term customer service costs.

Platforms Supported: Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and SFCC.

Requirement: Active FenixCommerce post-purchase subscription.

Integration Procedure to be followed by Fenix team or Fenix Resellers

Step 2: The URL take you to the screen like below. Check the permissions required by the Fenix notification app and authorize it.

Step 3: Once the authorization completes it will redirects to the integration confirmation page.

Steps to follow while creating Journey:

Once the app installation process completed, retailer can have access to following journey triggers.

  • Go to Journeys tab in attentive account

  • Click create journey

  • Click start from scratch

  • Filter by app Fenix Commerce Notifications

  • Select journey trigger for which you want to create journey

 

Sample SMS Content:

Hey {customer_name} , order # {order_id} might be delayed. Track your order here: {track_url}
