Introduction: Fenix will send post-purchase notifications to shoppers through SMS to keep them informed about the present status of their shipment.
The delivery events that can be configured to trigger notifications are:
Order Confirmation Shipment Delay Ready to Ship Picked Up By Carrier Shipment Exception Shipment Confirmation Shipment Stalled Shipment Intransit Delivery Delay Out for Delivery Delivery Exception Return to Sender Delivered
Goal: By being upfront and proactive in post-purchase communication Fenix clients will keep their customers happy, reduce WISMO calls, and save significantly on long-term customer service costs.
Platforms Supported: Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and SFCC.
Requirement: Active FenixCommerce post-purchase subscription.
Integration Procedure to be followed by Fenix team or Fenix Resellers

Step 2: The URL take you to the screen like below. Check the permissions required by the Fenix notification app and authorize it.
Step 3: Fenix team will generate auth-token and will update the internal configuration. Once the installation completes it will redirects to the integration confirmation page.
Creating Attentive Journey:
Fenix is providing the default template for SMS.
Retailers need to create a custom journey template from scratch by selecting the Fenix cart abandonment template after successful app installation.
Steps to follow while creating Journey:
